Introduction to POP-NET Distributed Controller
The POP-NET distributed controller is a new generation of network-based structural/material testing controllers developed through advanced research. With flexible deployment options and proprietary built-in control algorithms, the POP-NET controller can adapt to usage requirements ranging from single-actuator control to coordinated control of hundreds of actuators. It fully ensures system reliability and testing accuracy while reducing on-site installation and maintenance demands.
In multi-channel complex structural servo loading applications, the signal input and output of each actuator control loop are independent and unaffected by other loops, minimizing software coupling. The design philosophy of distributed controllers reduces the computational requirements of the computer. With the support of high-speed communication buses and a system-wide synchronous clock, millisecond-level precision synchronous control can be achieved.
